What do I do if I need to cancel a meeting?
* If you need to cancel/reschedule a meeting, please contact your students' case manager as soon as possible. They will notify the rest of the team. Keep in mind that certain related service providers may only be in the building on certain days. If for some reason you need to postpone a meeting until after the due date of the reevaluation or annual review, you will be asked for permission to amend the current IEP to accommodate this change.
Can I participate via phone?
* Parents always have the option of participating via phone. On the sign-in page we will write "via phone" and document your participation on the second (notes) page. We will mail or email a copy of the completed IEP to you following the meeting.
